Articles of value
Articles of value and money are uninsured at your room. Please use our reception if you would like to store any article of value. The Hotel Pflug assumes no liability for the theft or disappearance of your property during your stay at the hotel.
Emergency & security
We have taken many precautions to protect your safety and security during your stay at our hotel. Please take a few moments to read these safety instructions thoroughly and familiarize yourself with the emergency exit routes which you find on the inside of your room door.
Follow the green exit signs which will guide you to the emergency stairway which leads you directly outside. Follow all the instructions of the hotel staff! Do not use the elevator! In case smoke or flames block your escape, stay in the room, close the door, do not lock it. Make yourself visible at the window or balcony and wait for help. Immediately inform the reception by dialing 59 from your room phone.
Telephone
Our telephone system enables you to call German landline numbers free of charge. Mobile numbers and phone numbers in other countries are not accessible from your room phone. In this case please contact the reception.

To call from room to room please dial the room number.
You also have the possibility to be called directly from the outside in your room. Your personal telephone number is +49 (0) 7842 99 42, followed by your room number.
Sauna
Our s’ParK’s sauna in the basement is available Thursday to Monday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. by appointment. We charge €18.50 per person for 2 hours’ use.

Breakfast
Our extensive breakfast buffet awaits you on the ground floor. Breakfast is served from 7.00 am to 10.00 am on Tuesdays to Fridays, and from 8.00 am to 10.00 am on Saturdays to Mondays and on public holidays.
Day of departure
Our check out time is 10:30 a.m.
